A guided, semi-personalized approach to kickstart your nutrition journey. This package is designed for those who want evidence-based nutrition education, expert guidance, and a clear plan to move forward—without the need for ongoing coaching.

I’m a Maui-based nutrition coach with a background in nutrition, food science, and data-driven problem solving. With degrees in both nutrition and food science, plus experience in research, product development, and real-life challenges like food allergies and parenting, I bring both expertise and empathy to my work. I started this practice to help people like you feel better, move toward your goals, and build sustainable habits—one step at a time.
